Very helpful to assist with getting out of bed after surgery. Easy to set up. Worth having and keeping on bed after healing. The handy pockets are great for phone and tv remote.

This thing is great! We didn't use the strap provided as it was overkill. It could use a few more holes for height adjustment on the legs but over all it was easy to assemble and easy to place. It's a big help for someone who has trouble getting out of bed and just enough protection to actually keep someone from rolling out of bed.

I have bought a lot of these over the years for family and their friends this time I bought it for an elderly friend who just had back surgery. The nurses came to inspect her house and said that this was one of the sturdiest bedside handles she'd ever seen. Putting together was very easy and I love the safety strap. Very easy to slip under the bed and really appreciated the stabilizing feet at the bottom since her floor is not as level as it should be. Will be buying again in the future and highly recommend this.

Very sturdy. Very flexible for positioning on the side of the bed.Easily adjustable to fit bed heights. Easy to assemble. It works very well to prevent falling out of bed and as a sturdy hand grip for my wife getting in and out of bed. A great buy for the price. A design & function improvement and worth a little more on the price, would be to have the hand hold on both sides of the top and the pouch cut out for for both handles. It would be handier and more versatile for either side of the bed placement with two grips. An extra hand grip on top would also expand the protection area. I would give it 5 stars with a two grip design improvement.

O my I wish I had known about this sooner. Home health recommend this. Very strong. For me I needed help to get up out of bed. Has legs on floor for added support. And a railing fits under bed. The handle is soft rubber. Adjustable many ways to adjust. I am a large women and the way it is made it gives you so much support. Now I am get in and out of bed safely by myself.Very good price.

You need to get this if you have an elderly and/handicapped person struggling to get in and out of bed.I bought this for my elderly dad who can barely walk and has trouble sitting up or standing on his own from his bed without slipping and falling. He has also fallen out of his bed during sleep. This railing is easy to assemble, very sturdy, made of good quality material and even has a strap for added security. The BEST part is that ALL of it is adjustable in different sections; which is BRILLIANT!! I can adjust the middle piece that goes in between the mattress to properly fit its height, which I put at the longest length with the strap attached. Though I have attached the strap I haven't used it yet because I'd have to move the bed away from the wall to do so. However, that is optional anyway but I attached it because I plan on moving the bed to secure it to the frame on the other side. It is extremely sturdy and durable without it. There's no way this is pulling out from under the mattress.The handle is nice and wide and also adjustable. The double sided, pocketed, removable storage bag is a HUGE BONUS!! It attaches with secure grip velcro and the material looks easy to clean with probably just a few wipes as the material seems water resistant. My dad can put his remotes and cell phones in there and still has room for other things he chooses as the pockets are wide and are several, including a very large deep pocket in the front that can fit books or magazines.The legs to the floor are also adjustable to your box spring height with adjustable rubber grip like knobs at the feet to compensate for uneven surfaces and is slip resistant.This is a total must buy!! My dad loves it! He's gotten up out of his bed more in the last couple of days since I've bought it than he has in a while without struggling as much. He doesn't fall out of the bed while sleeping with this on, he sits up to eat and gets up to go the bathroom with more confidence on his own than ever before.Upon initial installation, I considered getting an additional one for the foot end of the bed for support on both of his arms but we don't need it. This thing is solid!

I recently mount this bed rail for my Mother to help her to be able to get out of bed. She is a 93 year old woman and loves this bed rail. It is sturdy and easy to put together. It is also easy to slide under the mattress.

It helps you roll easier. Keeps you safe and secure. Easier to get out of bed .
