Like this product and happy with the purchase. In last 10 days made different types of soups and all turned out very tasty. If a recipe booklet will be added, then that will b a great help to customer. Soup maker looks good and sturdy .

The product is good. However after a few months of use there was a malfunction in the soup maker due to some technical glitch. Within hours of my contacting their customer service reached out without any fuss, made a video call to ascertain the problem and promptly dispatched replacement. Worked fine for 5 months. The sound of grinding was a bit loud but it worked.Now there is sound but no grinding.How do we get it fixed? If the company fixes or replaces it without much hassle, I would rate the product 4 or 5 star.

Hassle free cleaning.The issue regarding non-functioning of heating was immediately resolved by Ms. Payel Ghosh who gave a replacement. The issue was immediately looked into. The response was awesome by Ms. Payel Ghosh.Dislike: While blending, soup maker makes good noise.

After about a year of using this product, the machine started making loud sounds. I raised a service request which was handled by Ms. Anusmita. The problem was addressed promptly and she sent a replacement of the problematic part quickly. It solved my issue and the machine is working fine. Appreciate the quick action and resolution by her.
