Added this to laptop which is too small to read esp when working in Lightroom. This is a real bargain! Great picture, easy setup; adjusting the controls is tricky as it is underneath the screen. Times out too quickly when you are trying to figure it out. The instructions are....crap.

I purchased the 27 inch version of this monitor. It has 2 hdmi ports in the rear. The stand is VERY easy to remove so that it can be easily placed on a vesa mount. I am not an expert on how to calibrate a monitor to supposed color and vibrancy perfection, but these monitors required very little tweaking out of the box. I have them connected to a KVM so I can easily use them with two different computers independently. The brightness is an important thing to me and they are definitely bright, vibrant, and clear. I replaced 2 24 inch monitors and you can easily see the size difference. Everything on them looks great. For 99 dollars each, these are definitely great. I have had AOC monitors in the past, and they were great back then and they are great now in 2025.

This was a good buy for the money. A nice clean screen, bright and detailed resolution. Assembles was to the base pad. No instructions how to navigate the settings buttons located on the bottom edge of the screen. Otherwise I’m happy with the monitor. It weights about 1/5 the weight of the old 24” Envision it replaces.

Opinion after 1 week of use--PROS:- Very good price for the quality- Great color gamut- Good refresh rate (100hz)- Good form factor (thin bezels, fairly light, easy to put together and move around.)- Decent resolution (1080p is enough for most daily tasks, but 1440p may be more preferable for gaming, and 4K for movies/video.)- Has not had any connectivity issues (yet).- Not uglyMAIN CON:Despite being advertised as an "HDR-Ready" display with an "HDR mode", it *DOES NOT SUPPORT HDR!!!* The "HDR Mode" just saturates the display colors and increases the contrast to fake an "hdr look", but actual HDR video signals are *not* supported for any computer. If you are looking for an HDR monitor, this is not one of them. LG makes several perfectly good *actual* HDR monitors.MINOR GRIPES:- Cannot move vertical stand up and down like some monitors, only one height. Not a huge issue if you have a wall/desk mount (which this monitor does support).- 100hz is kind of a weird framerate that falls in between more common 60/144/240hz displays, so it may be a little jarring.- Obviously this isn't a high-DPI monitor. If you use a Windows laptop, your desktop icons and UI will be scaled up to fit it. If you want the ui scale to be the same as your laptop display, look for a 1440p or 4K monitor, as Windows does not support sub-100% display scaling.All in all, despite a sprinkle of just-barely-false advertising, this is a pretty good general-purpose monitor. I highly recommend it.
