I like these so far. I am usually sensitive to multivitamins with nausea, but these seem to be easy on the system.The ‘extra strength’ version is 2 pills per day. It is actually the same ingredients per pill as the regular one a day version.Order extra strength and take one per day for a discount.

These vitamins are the perfect way to add a quality multivitamin designed for women to your diet. I love that they include some Iron and Calcium, but it is not 100% of your RDV. They also have some supplements added including Ashwagandha for stress and Ginger for digestive issues. The cost for these multivitamins is kind of high, but I feel that the quality Nordic Naturals gives you is worth it.The tablets are large and can be difficult to swallow. I only try for 1 tablet at a time and make sure that I have lots of water on hand. The tablets are not coated so they do start to dissolve if you hold them on your tongue. They don't taste bad, but they don't taste great either! They do have a strong, vitamin smell. It is not unpleasant and doesn't bother me, but you will get a good whiff when you open the bottle. These vitamins have not caused any stomach upset or other side effects. If the price is in your budget, I would recommend these as a solid multivitamin for women to help you with any shortfalls in your regular diet.

This is a great vitamin for women's daily/multi-vitamin purposes. The calcium and iron in here is a great boost. I like the facts that this vitamin contains so many vitamins that I don’t see from others.I tasted ginger, which is part of the ingredients.I am totally fine with ginger and I cooked with ginger.This vitamin is not good for everyone, especially people like me.I have a hard time to swallow it.I forced myself to take 2 pieces, I was throwing up on my first try.They are so big and hard, plus nasty tasting.I even tried to swallow it by bite it into two pieces,They are still difficult to swallow.After I got one down to my mouth, I couldn’t even do the second piece without vomiting.I am not pushing myself into this everyday.Will be looking for something else.Shape, hardness, size and taste, they are all the problems.I rather do capsules compared to these.Just too bad for me.

Still a little too early to tell if it has made a positive impact on me, but so far I have been feeling more "healthy", my nails are a lot stronger, my hair looks shinier in combination with my other products, I ABSOLUTELY hate taking pills and these pills are a bit on the bigger side for me with a bit of the "medicinal" taste, but it is absolutely doing it's job.
