Fantastic reformer, especially for the price. I had been debating buying it for months, and I so glad I decided to purchase it. It is very well made, smooth and feels sturdy. The company that sells it has fantastic customer service as well. If you are undecided, I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

I am happy with the product. I have not had run time yet but for the cost it is a sturdy reformer that gets the job done. If you want a studio grade reformer this is not it, but if you are looking for something to practice on for home use/complement your studio practice that is nice quality this one is for you.Additionally, I had a simple issue with the foam on the footbar and the company was very responsive and resolved the issue without hassle.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the Nexace Pilates Performer in October 2024 as a complete novice. I was drawn to it after reading several reviews and, living in a small NYC apartment, I was especially impressed by its ability to fold away—an essential feature for anyone with limited space. Shortly after I began using it, the machine started making some unexpected noises. I’ll admit, I was disappointed. But what truly stood out was the incredible customer support. I reached out to the vendor, and they were nothing short of stellar—patient, responsive, and committed to helping me figure it out. We exchanged messages for a few weeks, I sent videos, and they stayed with me through the process until we identified the issue: a faulty wheel. Since replacing the wheel, I’ve been using the machine daily and could not be happier. The machine works beautifully, and my practice is steadily improving. If you’re a beginner or even advancing in your Pilates journey, and you’re working with limited space or a tighter budget, I wholeheartedly recommend this machine. It’s effective, space-saving, and backed by top-tier customer service.

I’ve been paying for Pilates classes for the last two years, and after much drama at one studio and a lot of the teachers leaving and classes getting canceled I decided to get my own reformer and do my classes at home. I did a lot of research and decided upon this one and on Black Friday with all the sales I got this. Since I built it myself whenever I had questions and reached out to the seller they got back with me right away with videos answering my questions, there was one part that was missing and they sent it to me very quickly. One thing to know is each string is about 22 pounds so if you work out at a studio, you may have to play around with the springs to get the resistance you want. The platform has a good amount of padding. The other thing to know is that the body of an at home reformer is shorter than when you will see in the studio. And unless you’re over 6 foot you should be able to use this just fine. Another thing is if you’re using the tower you definitely need to make sure that it is connected to the reformer because otherwise it is not stable has a by itself tower. It needs to be connected to the reformer. If you go online and look up this reformer and a review for it under women’s magazine, there is a great non-bias review that gives you more information on how this person uses it at their at home studio.

I've been using a different brand of reformer in my home for several years but needed one that could be folded up and stowed out of sight occasionally at my holiday home. After doing some research on folding reformers I selected this one and am very pleased with it. My pilates instructor came to my house to make sure it was set up properly and pronounced it an excellent machine (much to her chagrin). It is much sturdier than I expected, it glides smoothly, and the footbar is easy to adjust. As another reviewer noted, the springs take a little getting used to but once you figure it out they are easy to adjust. The secret here is that the springs all carry identical weight (unlike studio and larger home machines where the springs vary in tension). The length is adequate for me at 5'8". I have 3 "cons" (1) the machine is heavy (80lbs) so it won't be folded up very often; (2) the footbar is thinly padded and will need additional padding for comfort and (3) the head rest that comes with the machine is as hard as a rock so I'm using a small pillow. As noted I've had a lot of experience on different machines over the last 6 years and I think this one is very nice for home use. I have serious back issues and only do the classical pilates routine which relies heavily on laying flat on the machine or with my legs in table top position. In fairness, I cannot speak to the machine's suitability for the more vigorous types of moves used in contemporary reformer routines.

I love this machine. Great price for a durable and easy to use machine. It has so many options to keep your work out interesting and good for beginners to experienced pilates participants. I highly recommend this unit for everyone to increase strength, muscle tone, balance, and more.

5’8 & 5’11 and we’re able to comfortably use this for an amazing workout/rehabilitation. Assembly was easy and quick, not too heavy to move around as you can fold it in half (standing or flat). A year later with using 3-4 times a week use- this product is still working the same as when we bought it. During installation we needed support and the team was super helpful, a piece was not fitting as expected and the team shipped us a tool to shave it down. We also moved recently and during the process lost an important piece, we then reached out to support for a replacement and they shipped it shortly after! Would buy their products just because of their customer service.
