Excellent value and and easy to use

These patches did producr so.e heat.As others have stated these are very stick and difficult to put on. I used them for lower back pain and they brought that area onto a very itchy rash. I would stay well clear of the Product.

The item came sealed with several packets of the plasters inside. They are meant to be easy to use and apply. They are not.Word of advice - Shave the area you intend to stick this thing too...back...knee...elbow. Shave it because these things will find your hair and grip on tight.They are super sticky and give you a free wax when you try to remove them.That's only if you stick them down properly and place the family Bible or holy book on top of the plaster to keep it from inverting on itself, like mine did, and becoming a big lump of scrunched up plaster stuck to the only hair left on your body!When I finally managed to keep this in place long enough for it to stick (on my lower back) I then used the power if my waistband of my trousers to keep it on. That said, after an hour the edges started becoming unstuck and I spent most of my day trying to keep it in place long enough to feel any benefit from it.When I finally achieved perfect placement and remained stuck to this plaster long enough... I felt no relief from the pain in my back. Just a hot sweaty back. I left it on for 12 hours and just became more sweaty and more agitated, so removed it ad best I could without crying. I lie. I cried the whole time and it left me with a bright red rash for my effort.These are a waste of time.Stay well clear.I gave 2 stars for the stickiness. Now if they put as much effort into actually developing something decent as they did into making sure this stuck well enough to remove a few layers of your skin on removal, then the product might have got more stars.

I have a sore back and shoulder and applying heating patches helps to ease the pain. I was expecting something like the regular heating patches where heat is generated by a chemical reaction. These are heating in the same way that some muscle creams heat the body because they contain ingredients that provoke a irritation reaction. In this case one of the key ingredients is arnica which usually has a cooling effect, but there are many other natural ingredients as well.The first thing you notice about the patches is the smell, which I found slightly unpleasant and it is definitely a strange smell. The second is how thin they are. What you get is a large impregnated adhesive dressing. I needed help putting it on to get it smooth as it is very sticky and very flexible. I was worried about how much it would hurt to remove pulling at any hairs like a sticking plaster and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and painlessly it came off. It definitely did heat my shoulder and gave some relief, but I am not sure that I can live with the smell.

These really warm and really help with pain
