Adult Elongated Standard Oxygen Mask with 6.6' Tubing and Adjustable Elastic Strap - 3 Packs - Size XL

I breath thru my nose very little. I need an oxygen mask I can sleep with that allows breathing through my mouth without breathing high levels of carbon dioxide. This one meets those needs. I've been using them the past 8 months since my lung condition started.It loses one star for failure to provide a better size description. I tried three different sizes before discovering the right size.It loses another star for the one elastic strap. I could not keep this mask on my face while sleeping. It slid up or down depending on my movements. Elastic is elastic and as such will stretch when I move in my sleep. I've found that by using a 2nd elastic strap with one over the ears and the other around the back of the neck it has almost eliminated the mask shifting off my face during sleep. As the elastic loses it's strength I tighten one or both straps but the elastic does not have the lifespan of the mask. I have yet to find replacements for the elastic straps.Yes, this says it's for one time use only. Reality is there are those of us on daily oxygen who need a face mask. While it's great for the retailer if we change to a new mask everyday it's not happening. Why doesn't someone design an oxygen mask for long term use other than a CPAP mask?

If I could give no stars at all, I would. These came folded in half with no way to straighten out. I tried to use one & it was so creased that the oxygen meant to keep me alive was flowing out the areas that were creased. That is dangerous to those of us that use supplemental oxygen for life. I definitely do not recommend these. These damaged products should not be sold!

The product arrived on time. The mask fits comfortably. Functions as advertised on the stationary concentrator.Does NOT function properly using the Inogen portable concentrator that requires the cannula tubing.

Works well especially for a mouth breather. Couldn't keep blood oxygen level up until I got this mask setup. Works great.

Because of warnings from other viewers, I got this in the XL size. They work just fine and were soft enough to sealdecently on my face. If you have a large face and chin area, they may not work as well.

I wanted to use this for my nighttime oxygen with an oxygen concentrator & a little bit bulky to wear at night. I would recommend for regular oxygen & during the day.

Mask did not work for me. While I was sleeping, the left rim of mask caused a scratch underneath my bottom eyelash. Another fraction of an inch and it would have scratched my actual eye. Scary! Now I am almost afraid to try any mask. Purchase with caution. J. Carr
