I’d say it’s more on the average size
I bought this as a novelty item. It actually has a directional switch for reverse and tighten. It’s super tiny and cute. Fits in my Leatherman Skeletool, and also Leatherman Surge. But does not lock in. There is a groove to lock into your but holder , but I might have to do some finagling to make a deeper channel to allow it to lock. That being said, it’s snug, it doesn’t slide out. The Leatherman slim bits and also standard hex bits fit inside just fine. The Leatherman slim bits fit into the groove perfect, and do not slide through the hole. They also lock in, so it doesn’t slide out. This is very well thought out tool that works just like a regular ratchet should, but in all honesty it’s just a novelty item. I don’t foresee myself using this as an actual usable tool. It’ll work, but you won’t be able to put any real force down to unscrew a stubborn bolt.Maybe I’ll update later with my finagling job to make it lock into the bit holder. But it’s cool, and a fun little add-on tool to your Leatherman arsenal. Def worth a buy. Get it. You’ll love it.

Perfect little tool to carry with a multitool.
Great size to carry with a multitool. Works really well with any of the driver bits I’ve used so far. This seems to be a well built tool and is not delicate despite its small size.

good
Adds a lot of functionality to my Leatherman Skeletool. I can crank on it hard enough to strip out 1/8in hexes in alloy steel screws and the tool holds up fine.

Useful EDC Accessory for Leatherman Tools
Useful EDC accessory for my Leatherman ARC. Fits both the flat Leatherman bits and standard 1/4 inch bits. Easily gets into the tight spaces, and the ratchet action makes the task easy. This is not a heavy-duty tool, but I do not believe it was meant to be.

Very cool
Nice little tool. I’m sure it isnt built for heavy work, but fine for little jobs. Fits nicely in the sheath for my Leatherman Arc.

Convenient accessory for some Leatherman tools
If you own a Leatherman ARC this tool works great as part of your accessories and can be outfitted with many bits or sockets. It also has a key chain hole so you can keep this on your key chain.I have a small bag of commonly used sockets I may take biking, on the motorcycle or out to the shed for the mower and this makes fast work of things.

It's cool, and it functions!
It's soooo tiny! Add it to your Leatherman stuff on bike trips. This and a few deep sockets will be a good repair tool kit for bicycle enthusiasts.

Pricey but Quality. Particularly Great on Skeletool!
Price may be a little much for many, but it’s an equivalent quality to your Leatherman. I mean, one can obviously find a 1/4” ratchet driver and set of bits for under $32. The value lies in that it is a space saving extension of function of your EDC kit that expands your possibilities. If that’s your jawn, this is your accessory. I wouldn’t speculate this could withstand the rigors of professional daily use, but I’ve never seen that as the forte of the multi-tool anyway. While I’ve used it on my Surge, I really dig it on my Skeletool, for one reason in particular. As per pics, you can slide it in and use it without opening or closing the Skeletool. I’d hazard to say one could possibly carry the Skeletool in pocket or clipped on with this accessory attached. I never have, but will sometimes carry this accessory, and a minimum selection of bits in my Bag when going camping or fishing.
