It caught the skunk on the first night! This cage is easy to assemble, and sturdy enough to contain a fat and highly stressed skunk. Cats, raccoons, skunks, opossoms will fit in this cage. Overall a great purchase! (No, I did not get pictures of the skunk in the cage. I prioritized my sense of smell.)The skunk was relocated - Yes, it sprayed. No, it wasn't pleasant. Yes, we recovered. The trap has been placed beside our house until we need the it further (hopefully not for a long time). Happy with the purchase & happy to be skunk free!

Cover is easy to install, works very well.Caught a HUGE raccoon after only 2 days.Looks like the raccoon had ideas on how to remodel the cover... LOLGuess he wanted an open floor plan or a room with a view...LOL

This is a very nice cover that is thick material and well made. It fit over my trap perfectly. I can't get it folded back up but that's not a negative, it's me. LOL! I'm not sure how they got it into that neat little package. My trap folds flat, so I can't store it on my trap, or in my trap. Also, the material is very durable. I borrowed a neighbors trap and his isn't foldable, it's sturdier than mine. But it comes with a lot of pokey metal bits that hurt when one is fighting with the trap to set it up. At first I was concerned about using the cover on his trap but it actually worked great. The material didn't catch or tear. I also had it sitting outside, on the trap, for a couple of weeks. It still looks good as new. Very durable material! I highly recommend this cover for anyone who needs one for their trap.

One of my cats escaped the house & I needed a trap to catch her. This little trap is really durable. I put it outside in the bitter cold & the trap lever worked perfectly. You put the food in through the back, latch that panel, and set the trap lever through the front. That's it. It's so easy to use and was just big enough to get my little cat back. The local rescue wanted $50 to rent me a trap, but for a lot less I was able to buy one for myself. Hopefully my cat never gets out again, but I have this handy trap now just in case.

Can't figure out how to set the trap

Trap is fine for what is. However, it is too small for cats, and should not be advertised as a cat trap.

Perfect and convenient fit. Easy to use. Waterproof covering wonderful for keeping trapped animals dry during rain. However, liner does not hold up well to feral cat claws. 😆

I get many iguanas and actually enjoy shooting them since they will destroy your yard. However, I now have neighbors behind me and can’t risk a shot going far. So I trap the pests with this and a ripe banana then shoot then in the cage. These lizards are invasive to Florida and their destruction is encouraged by the state. Besides I have a local family that takes the tails for eating.
