I have a slow responsive Hisense Roku in my work and gaming television setup. The Hisense remote went out in 30 days. Just now decided to buy a new remote because the other Roku TV conflicts with the smaller Hisense TV. I use the phone app to control it instead. Well it got to be an annoyance in delay of access to the quick response I wanted back.I Picked this silver 2 pack up. There is no button for programming this remote on back inside panel, but the remote works very well with my Hisense, and the conflict is less than with an expensive oem programmable remote which would just control both T.V.s no matter what I did programming wise anyway.I tested these silver remotes on all 6 of my Roku tvs and they worked on 4 different brands. Not only do they work, but the buttons function better than any other Roku remote I have, I mean sturdy smooth response. The silver is gorgeous with a clean sleek feeling.I use these both now for that specific small Hisense I use for television entertainment on the side while working or things like that in my room slash office with one in the restroom for easy viewing control when I step to the side in there to access the t.v on break.This is one of my favorite surprise purchases I've made in a while. Call me weird I guess, but I got a kick out of these controllers. Brought my poor Hisense back to life. I chose that smaller Hisense purposely btw. No need for more than that for my needs. I have Three other newer Tvs I have no room for but have a specific remote I keep with them in storage. Too much info but just my story on purchase of these. Have a good day.

I dislike this product.The Right, Left, Up, and Down buttons, do not really work! When you normally press the buttons down, the cursor, will not move. So I have to press hard, and will work, one to the times, then it will not catch, so I have to press harder.It will work once or twice in a row, then miss or lock, as if I amholding the bottom dodown, when trying to type(press) the buttons.All happens when I amtrying to enter my password, to log back in to Google tv.

Very easy to use, add batteries and point at the tv or Roku. The quality is great and exactly like the remote that comes with the original devices. As a package of two the value is great and now I have another backup if something happens to one of them. Buttons work perfectly also. Excellent purchase, very happy.

Works well with my Roku, but it’s annoying that it doesn’t have volume controls. I guess it was my bad for not checking before buying.

I was very skeptical about this remote (actually a set of two) when I was looking for my original Roku premiere’s original remote that was malfunctioning. The price is ridiculously low. However it was totally different than the original when it came to programming it. No need to program it at all; as soon as loaded the batteries and turn it on in front of the TV it immediately turned the unit on. Works flawlessly! There is one thing about the battery size. The original remotes take the size AA. This ones you must use AAA. No problem there. I highly recommend this replacement if you Roku is 5 years old or more.

Looking at the product listing, I knew this one's not gonna be as great as the original Google product, but I thought to give it a try. It's not bad, just not good enough for me.Looks nearly as identical to the original, with some minor notable differences in the keys and the print.Functionally there are more issues - 1. clicks were clunky not quite like OG, 2. Bluetooth was fine but infrared controls were off. Somehow 'volume down' worked, but 'volume up' and 'mute' did not for my JBL speaker. When I clicked either of those 2, the remote BT disconnected and re-connected to the Chromecast in 3-5 seconds.I could temporarily live with clunky clicks and volume down only for half the price copy product, but missing volume up and disconnection/reconnection was the deal-breaker. I do control my speaker volume with the Chromecast remote and not switch to a different remote just for the volume. The overall experience wasn't worth the low cost. I am returning this and getting one from Google Store.
