The quality is great I do how ever wonder how long it is before the etched socket size reading will last possibley it could be engraved but that wasn't my problem my worry was the missing 15mm socket as the brake caliper on a honda crv for instance is 15 mm and those 15mm bolts need a impact to break the rusted thread so I found the first job I needed to buy a new separate socket which at my local tool shop cost almost half the price this kit cost .but the other sockets I used from this kit where exceptional they where a good tight fit so no rounding the bolt nut heads.would I advice others to buy these I'd say yes I would advise engraving the mm size on the socket wall in case pity that the sockets miss the 15mm as standard very good value

This Kirxst impact socket set is a welcome addition to my tool cabinet. Reading other reviews the opinions seem to be divided on the supplied1/2" drive to 1/4" hex adaptor, personally I think this is is a good addition to the set and becomes very useful when removing the countersunk Torx screws in brake drums and discs!As in many of these sets you don't always get the full range of sizes, in this kit the 11mm, 15mm and 18mm sizes are not supplied. This seems to be an issue with some reviewers of the product but to be fair to the manufacturer/supplier they are offering this quality set of common sized sockets at a very competitive price and as such believe some slack needs to be cut on this.From my perspective this set offers excellent value for money. We all know the excessive pricing of certain branded tools which you quite often don't see a return on through the actual use they get, these on the other hand will easily pay for themselves in a very short period of time.5 out of 5 stars from me and no complaints whatsoever.

My son is a bit of a car maintenance whizz, and is always tinkering with his car, so I gave these to him to test with his impact driver.Result ... they work absolutely fine - the only complaint is that (like many sets), no 18mm is included, and my son reports that 18mm is a very useful size for Corsas. So for that reason I've deducted one star.Other than that, no complaints and therefore recommended.

I have used one of these to remove an awkward bolt from one of my wheels, that my normal spider wheel brace wasn’t quite working on.Worked a treat, and these are both substantial in weight and are good quality.I am so impressed for the cost that I will look out for other items from the same brand.

Nice set of sockets. Not for every day use for most DIY home use, but they are heavy duty enough for us.Nice box to hold them in, one for the tool box for sure.

Nice heavy duty socket set. I've been using them with my impact gun for rattling off rusty nuts and bolts on my brakes and suspension, and they barely show a mark. They seem very solid but still reasonably low profile, so not too bulky to get into recesses. It's a shame there isn't an 11mm, 15mm and 18mm included in this set because overall it's great.The little case is good and sturdy as well, although I'll probably just move these to a rail in my toolbox for space saving.Very happy all round.
