Originally bought and used for 60 days and it died... re-edited review and customer services got a hold of me and sent a brand new one to replace... all arrived within a week and once again part of my daily workouts... the new unit is alot quieter than the last one which leads me to believe the original one was always slightly faulty... but it has been a incredible help in using for weight loss!I just want to thank joroto customer service for all the help and being amazing!Original review edited:a fantastic little item.. doesn't make a lot of noise but you have to make sure you stand in the middle of the pad as if you stand too close to the back it will flip! Awesome for daily fitness needs!

The 99 intensity levels and 5 built-in programmes give me plenty of options to gradually work my way up. It’s easy to get started right away, and the remote control is a nice touch, so I don’t have to keep bending down to adjust the settings. I also love the non-slip suction cups which hold it in place securely. The machine itself feels really sturdy and stable, and it supports up to 23.5 stones/150 kg. I also love how compact it is—it’s easy to store away in a corner or under the bed when I’m done, so it doesn’t take over my living space. With the added resistance bands, it gives me a good whole-body workout. It’s perfect if you want something effective, easy to use, and versatile for home workouts. It is recommended to use it for 15 to 30 minutes at a time on 3 to 4 occasions each week, but it can be used every day for shorter periods. This exercising fitness machine is perfect for various reasons. It is great for your bones, muscle, blood circulation and aids with slimming. As I have a bad back, I am very happy to be able to do this low intensity exercise. My husband, who has MS and mobility issues, has also tried it and decided to use it as it is supposed to improve his balance. I highly recommend this fantastic product. The quality and features of this product are excellent!

This vibration plate does what it says on the tin. I know the intention is supposedly exercise, but I use it to loosen off stuff muscles. And, it can manage with my not insignificant weight (~125kg) without any issues.It comes with an instruction manual, which tells you how to use it. What it doesn't do effectively is tell you what the different modes are. There's a table, but it doesn't convey any meaningful information about what each mode does. Another thing that could be improved is the length of the power cable, it's a little on the short side.At the time of this review, this vibration plate only has one purchasing option at £275.26, which feels rather disproportionate.
