good if I could get the in the right place
I found these inserts very difficult to position. still not sure I have got them in the right place, sort of feels like it helps but some days the inserts feel obtrusive and uncomfortable. They do provide a small illustration but not that clear. Adhesive is very strong so depending on what material you stick them to, not that easy to relocate once stuck down.

A jot too bulbous for my feet.
I suffer from very painful calluses on the balls of my feet. A chiropodist diagnosed a lack of natural cushioning on my soles, caused by having too little body fat, and advised some metatarsal pads. I bought a pair of the Pedag 3/4 insoles (also reviewed) as well as pair of these. Very little help is supplied on how to fit these apart from a small diagram on the packet. I found that the most effective position was immediately behind the metatarsal heads. Also, I found they were better attached to the top of the insole than underneath it. Unlike the Pedag 3/4 insoles, once fixed in position, they will not move; however, I prefer the 3/4 insoles, because they are less bulbous and, therefore, feel more comfortable.

Improved comfort
I have Mortons neuroma and have suffered increasing pain over the last 18 months. I tried these pads out whilst waking around the house. They improved my comfort enormously. I have since tried them over a longer distance and found that they were not as effective. I think they work best in sandals and I might need to re-position them for better effect. I would recommend them given that they show such promise.

Lasts about 3 weeks
These do not last as I walked them flat within 3 weeks - disappointing...Weighing only 80kg I would expect them to last longer.

Good support so far , could have done with some more precise locating instructions in English though

Didn't last long
Item did not properly stick to shoe insoles and left pad had ripped open after just a couple of days.

Only a pair
This product is sold as a pair but unfortunately I only need this for one foot. Would be better offered as option of 2 left, 2 right or a pair.The one I use is good.
