This works okay. I have a few ferrets and I did noticed that the smell went down but it seems to work only for so long. I would imagine that it would work better for rat, mice, gerbils,etc.

Great odor control
Have been using for two weeks in my chicken coop and I have noticed much less odor. Will continue to use.
