Purchased these for a cruise because I can't bring my CBD Gummies onboard. These things are a lifesaver. I usually can't get to sleep because my brain starts going into overdrive at night. These allow me to fall asleep rather quickly and stay asleep. I also don't feel fatigued or groggy when I do wake up. I won't use them long term because I've heard the active ingredient might be linked to Alzheimers, but for vacations where I can't bring my CBD gummies, they're a great substitute.

You will receive a box identical to what is sold in stores. Some dexterity is required for this product. The pills are packaged in pairs all connected in a perforated sheet. You will need to tear off a pair from the sheet and then peal back the paper to expose the pills. The pills are small and easy to swallow with water. The “strength” is good (at least for me). They begin to work in about 30 minutes.

I really like these sleep aides. I take this kind of early in the evening because I don’t think these make me tired. But once I’m asleep with these I stay asleep! And I don’t wake up groggy either

Take a long time to work. I took the product at 8:30 PM and it didn’t start kicking in until about 11 PM. And I found it very hard to wake up the next morning. I was sleepy throughout most of the morning. And I’m never sleepy in the morning. So if I want to take it again, I would take it around seven hoping to take affect somewhere around 10 pm. I’ve used the product maybe five times since I’ve had it and I brought about five months ago. I always find it delayed in his response.

When I am having a difficult time falling asleep, I take one pill, and it helps me. The usual dose is two, but one is enough for me.

I only take one out of the 2 pack. If you really want to be out… take both, but you’ll be groggy at 6:30 am

We get these on a subscribe every 5 weeks. The last order, all the pills are stuck inside the packet. Maybe came from a flood area and got wet. Don't know for sure. Box was sealed and packets are sealed.
