Q: does this replace the hunter 99110 remote?mine has light, 3 speeds, and an fan off button.

Mine is not branded, but it works the same as “Harbor Breeze”. The important thing is to set the dip switches at the back of the battery compartment to be the same as your old remote. If that is not available, there are only 16 possible settings and you can find the correct setting by trying them until you find one that works. BTW the pictured remote is exactly like mine.

The set is 2 pieces - one wired into the fan itself, and the remote. You only mentioned replacing the remote. I’d try replacing the in-fan unit. The listing also says “If you have any questions during use, please contact us. We are proud to offer 24/7 service to all our customers.” There’s no phone number listed, but one shouldn’t be too hard to find.

Q: Will this remote work with any Harbor Breeze fan?

It would depend on the receiver, which is usually located in the bell housing at the top of the fan. There’s no way to tell without having both units in hand and experimenting. Many of them have configuration switches on the remote and the receiver. The switches on the remote and the receiver would have to be set to the same code for them to communicate. There are kits available that have both units (receiver and remote). Those would definitely work, because they’re sold as a set.
