Great product. I use it for pt. Its really making a difference with my hand

This works wonders on my hand that locks up at times. I first used it at the chiropractor and had to get one for myself to use at home. It helps with with finger cramping and also building strength.

Have been using this in physical therapy to make my fingers less stiff and get some strength back. Easy to use, and great to bring on vacation! Was exercising my fingers every day, carrying it in my purse wherever I'd go.

I shattered the fourth metacarpal of my right hand several months ago and am still doing physical therapy to regain full use of my hand. This device is great in that you can work individual digits, even placing different figure joints on the buttons to work different hand muscles. They come in several gradations as appropriate for the hand's initial strength. This particular one, at 3 lbs. was a good one to start out at for the current state of my hand. Beats trying to make do with uncallibrated rubber bands.

We use this everyday; helps us to be able to open our water bottles, etc. Thank you!

The “Sport” 3-pack version of this product is too tough to be used for a person needing physical therapy. This product is geared toward someone seriously interested in improving their grip strength. If you’re a rock-wall climber, this product is for you.
