Bought kettle & toaster 8th nov look great all ok until 27th nov &left side switch wonāt stay down tried to get in touch with seller but canāt Will never buy through Amazon again nightmare trying to speak to anyone

Looks brilliant in my new kitchen. Very good quality and value for money. Colour (blue) is lovely and they are just a joy to use. Would highly recommend the kettle and toaster to anyone. Excellent seller also.

Kettle takes a longer time to boil.Toaster doesn't accommodate breads of a larger size.

kettle failed AFTER 8 WEEKS USE
Kettle failed after 8 weeks got up in morning and water all over counter top, Kettle leaked a seal above switch.Did read reviews and see there were issues but took a chance, wished I did not total aggravation with Amazon to return, just wanted replacement kettle Oh no I have to return both faulty Kettle and perfectly good toaster? and have a refund absolutely crazy! also no way to contact seller directly.
