I cannot hype these up enough. I use them every day around 1:30 PM. I’m needing a pick me up, but do not want to drink coffee or anything that can mess with my sleep & this is perfect. It gives me the perfect amount of energy without a crash later. I put them on my stomach, as I find putting them on my wrist, I can get sweaty there and it can fall off.

I’m a single mom and night shift nurse. To say that I struggle with low energy and sleepiness at times is an understatement! When I’m seriously dragging, I put one of these on and it noticeably helps with the fatigue. I’ve shared with friends at work who also feel they help. I definitely recommend! (As a side note, I have crazy sensitive skin and these sometimes leave a pink mark. Not painful or itchy, but I try to stick them under my clothes where a mark won’t be noticeable later).

I honestly can't speak on whether they work or not, because they will not stay on. They are very thin and there is basically no adhesion at all. I went thru 3 patches in under 10 min. I made sure my arm was clean of all lotions and oil, and totally dry. After paving it on my wrist as instructed, I looked down less than a minute later and it was gone. I tried a 2nd one, same result. 3rd attempt was no better. I would not buy again, waste of money

I like the product. Stays on well for me. Used one so far and I felt less foggy headed. I paid regular price and the same day after my purchase, the price dropped a lot. Not happy for that. Makes me not want to buy again.
