I don’t usually write reviews but I am amazed by how well this product works. I take this everyday now and have regular bowel movements for the first time in my life!

This has got to be one of the best probiotics I have taken that didn’t give me side effects and has improved my physical health considerably.I now do not suffer from any stomach problems and I feel so much better in regards to my previous digestive issues. I would thoroughly recommend this product to anyone.

It works amazing i have a few dietary issues being gluten and lactose intolerant and ive been trying to find a way to work probiotics into my diet and the fibre is a great lower calorie way to add fibre. It can be a bit grainy if you add it to like a watery cold drink but i add it to my morning protein shake. Mine didnt come with a spoon though so im sad ive had to use my lizards spare calcium spoon.

I was looking for a prebiotic combined with a probiotic in a powder form because it is easy for me to sprinkle on my cereal or in my drink, or soup. I have a problem swallowing large tablets so a powder is ideal. This comes in a neat small packet,with a small spoon, which you level off and use. It also lasts a while. I have been taking it for about 6 weeks after i had an injury that was a punched wound. I was given strong antibiotics, and after i had taken them, I used these to put back my friendly bacteria in my gut. I believe they are making some improvement to my gut flora.

Does not dissolve in water very well so half the dose was left in a bottle. Can’t put in tea due to it being hot and killing the bacteria. Don’t drink smoothies so think tablets will be better wish I had known that before I bought it

Third time ordered this product. Normally fine. This time product was not satisfactory. Powder was faulty.

Compact packaging is great for storage and still holds 90 servings, with measuring scoop provided. No flavouring so can be added to any smoothie, breakfast etc

Nice product.I bought this on a whim as I have been suffering from an upset stomach and bloating for quite a while and my best friend suggested I try some probiotics. I was dubious but thought I would give them a try anyway and I am glad I did. I have not been using them long but already I am feel the benefits as I no longer feel bloated. Will continue using these
