Purchased to keep my Silkie coop cool and well ventilated. And boy does it work like a charm! The speeds are variable depending on what temperature & speeds you select, and it sticks to it perfectly, fulfilling exactly what it was designed to do. The build quality appears quite solid and the power itself is great. Is it loud, though? Well, at its highest speed it can be a bit noisy. But in general, I don’t feel it’s too loud. I’ve got a second one that will be installed in the coming week for my Rhode Island Reds, of which I feel confident will also work perfectly for them in their coop. I do highly recommend this fan for your chickens and other pets, or whatever you’re needing it for. It’s such a great product!!

This fan was adequate to install in a 6 in. wall space of my garage. I had tried another fan brand from Amazon, but that product's louvers did not seal when the fan was off. This fan worked well, and the louvers shut and sealed when the fan was off. Success.

I had a storage shed and in the summer the temperature was getting over 105° in the shed. Which wasn’t good for a lot of the items that I was trying to store in my shed. So I bought this fan with the thermostat so that when it hit 90°, the fan would kick on and cool the shed. I’ve then added a vent at the other end of the shed to let air in. This fan and thermostat set up was perfect for what I needed. It would also probably work really well for attics.

Took out the blue tape and the one that protects it from opening. Had the fan at 90 degrees and the top two shutter stays open, so installing it i will need to have it tilted up just to have the shutters close

I recently installed this as an exhaust fan in my greenhouse, and even at the middle speed it cycles the air through reasonably fast. I'll probably turn it all the way up for mid-summer, but for now it is doing just fine at medium. The temperature control is a distinct item from the fan, but it works well also. I haven't had this long enough to know how well it lasts, but it at least looks like it is well made. Even at maximum speed there is no rattle, and it is not too loud, so that is a good sign. The blue plastic on the vent blades is a bit confusing, I'm not sure if it is meant to be removed or not? But I removed it and it doesn't seem to have hurt anything.

Easy to set up. I love the fact that I can control the speed and the temp. I purchased it to air out the chicken coop and it's working as intended.

Installed In a non insulated 24x36 garage and it helped tremendously. In the summer time the temperature inside is barely above the outside temperature. Definitely would buy again.

Working great as an exhaust fan in my chicken coop. Moves a lot of air and can be set to turn on and off based on the temperature so I don't need to remember to turn it on and off.
