Use them for running as I've been getting sweat in my ears especially, messing with my earphones. They work really well.

Got these specifically for using with a VR headset to stop sweat covering the headset while playing more active games. And for that purpose they function perfectly. I have not used these for workouts so can not speak on that side of things. They are very absorbent, the stretch and fit is not too tight and doesn't slip or fall out of place. Would recommend.

I struggle sweating during my gym classes like spin especially when people take the good bike under the A/C . I was blinded by my sweat and my eyes would be blood shot where people asked if I was crying. I can get a itchy face from the sweat and my skin is sensitive so when I wipe with a towel its quite harsh on my skin.So I invested in this sweat band. I can't recommend it enough It was comfortable and fitted well. Noticible during the class as I didn't need to wipe my face and after I took it off it was full of sweat. Of course lucky you get two or I would be ordering another. I thought I would look like a twat but I actually looked not too bad. I have already recommended to a few people. It's also pretty cheap but the quality seems good so far.
