I was introduced to wasabi sauce at a Japanese restaurant and fell in love with it. The only problem is they wouldn’t sell me any of it. I looked around for it but only found imitations with a horrible taste. This Wasabi sauce brought joy to my soul as it’s exactly what I was looking for. In my search I found that real authentic Wasabi is made with Japanese horseradish and mustard. This is exactly what this Wasabi has.The ingredients, color, flavor, and consistency are just what I’ve learned are tall tell signs of the real thing. But the most important reason for my satisfaction is that it puts me in complete remembrance of the wonderful Wasabi sauce I feel in love with at that Japanese Sushi restaurant I ate at long ago. I have used it with scrambled eggs, fish, steaks, even in dips for biscotti and various Artisan type breads.I highly recommend this Wasabi regardless what others have said. With the price point being so low, you won’t be disappointed.

This is hands down the best wasabi I've ever tried! The flavor is outstanding, and the generous amount in the tube makes it a fantastic value.

I’d never tried real wasabi before, so take this with a grain of salt. I think it’s delicious! I read that it’s milder than the horseradish blend that usually passes for wasabi and thought I might miss the heat, but I don’t. It’s a complex and delicious flavour that doesn’t overpower other tastes. Expensive for the size but a nice treat.

This isn't the bright green horseradish paste commonly used in America. It is made with real wasabi, in vegetable oil with salt and I think it says an added spice extract? More texture than the American version, it packs a pleasant punch

I liked how the burn was in the nose and not in the mouth like horse radish. Tasted authentic.

After decades of eating sushi I found out the wasabi I've been buying in Asian stores is really mostly horseradish, with little or no true wasabi. So I bought this to see what I've been missing. I liked it a lot. The spice level is very mild, but it has a bright floral taste that is missing from fake wasabi. The overall effect is a more subtle, complex taste that makes the tongue come alive. I'll still use fake wasabi more often than not because I am addicted to the heat, but I'll definitely keep this around for the occasional change of pace.

I had a "little" sushi but no wasabi. it arrived w/in 24hrs!!

Great taste and texture. Not sweet like the ones from my local grocery stores.
