Haven't had it long, so cant speak on longevity. But I can say I'm hard to impress, and I'm 100% happy with this. I havent even tried the hot and cold settings yet, because it does such a good job without them. Just the right amount of pressure, well packaged with great attachments. I saw some didnt like the noise, but I've used other brands that were noisy. This has hardly any sound. The battery charge is excellent. The size is perfect, easy to hold. You can tell when opening the case it comes in, that the company cares about the quality, and thought of the small stuff, like a velcro strap to tie up the cord for storage. Not just cheaply made to make money. Would definitely buy again if I ever had to replace.

I was looking for a massager and came upon this. My need was for my recent TMJ attack, affects ones jaw muscles to the mandible connection near the ear. This is very painful. I went to the dentist and got a new night guard, custom made. I believe it increases the circulation in the jaw area and resets my jaw sooner after wearing the night guard overnight. Plus it feels good. The design is great as well as the softness of the feel. I have used it with the different attachable parts and they work and feel very comforting with different speeds. I like it and think it would also make a great and reasonable gift.

Excellent powerful small massage gun. I purchased to take on my travels but use it as my primary massage gun at home now. I needed a replacement bullet shaped head because I really worked mine a lot on my tight back. I emailed Bob and Brad customer service and they were quick with responding and resolved my issue and sent me a couple replacements. Excellent customer service!

This is a fantastic massager. Excellent quality, mini in size but effective on the body. I shared it with my chiropractor who tested it and was impressed.I bought this to take traveling. It may be compact and solid weight but very good on my hamstrings, buttocks, shoulder etc.Bob and Brad have fantastic YouTube PT videos and it’s because of their stellar reputation that I bought this product—-and I am glad I did.It goes to show you that when you provide value you get a dedicated following. I highly recommend this product.

This looks like a mini therapy device, but it packs a lot of power. I had purchased an expensive percussive massage gun earlier and then this one to take on trips. I like this small one a lot better (thankfully since the expensive one is just about broken!). This is better than a large massage gun for getting into small areas of the hip and back, or the calves. It's much easier for me to hold in order to do my shoulders. It's very easy to charge too. I haven't traveled with it recently because I worry about TSA pulling everything out of my carryon bag. All in all, a terrific product with lots of benefit to my elderly, aching body!! And for a very reasonable price too

I prefer to give five stars but a month after using Bob and Brads massager gun, alas, it seems to be dying a slow death.First, the heat and cold option comes on but goes back Off just as quickly. I think I might have used that feature the week I got it and then it decided, “Nope, not doin’ that!” Then, it started making this obnoxious noise and it isn’t quiet about it.Aside from those couple of things, it is difficult to use because it is so small. There’s not a lot to hold onto, then handles are very small,You won’t be working on your back with this one.

I purchased this for my planter fasciitis and calf muscles. I find the soft head and the metal head work best. I wish it had a rounded metal head instead of a plastic foam ball. It has multiple power levels. I use it on the lowest one so it does not hurt my plantar fasciitis. Excellent small massager to take with you.

Bought this for my husbands back. He had back surgery 13 years ago and still had pain. Well I'm no spring chicken and can't massage his back very well anymore because my hands hurt. This makes it easy for me to help my husband. The part that gets warm really helps hid back.I've also used it on my knees after my double knee replacement. (Well after healing)
