Scotch Extreme Fasteners, 1" x 10', Clear (RF6760) 2 Roll/Pack

I built some solar screens for my windows on my house in Texas. I wanted to make it so that I could take them down easy to clean the windows and put them back up. i have vinyl windows so I can't use screws or nails to fasten them. I tried many other brands of Velcro and automotive grade double sided tape. during the high heat western sun (can be Easily over 100 degrees) the sticky backing failed and the solar screens fell off the windows. Except for this stuff! It held up to the brutal temperature's all summer long. This stuff can take the heat. Strong durable hold. Great stuff!

This is the strongest Velcro I've ever used. It stays bonded thru rain, high heat and bitter cold.

The strength is great, and it is very sticky. Once it is set, it holds well, and is not easy to remove. Perfect for gigging and touring pedalboards. Easy to apply and you can rest easy knowing everything will stay in place!

So, I've used this in direct sunlight in a car to hold a phone mount and the 100+ days here in the south have not caused it to release. It has become my go to for all things when I might need to reposition it. It sticks to everything. I've not found anything, yet, that it fails to stick to. The backing film is easy to get off and that is a huge plus. Easily cut by scissors.I'd suggest making sure of where you place it. It can be removed but not without some effort.

Use these stuff on anything and everything

There were only a couple items this didn’t work for. The idea came from a friend of mine because I have a lot of concrete walls in my new space. I have murky old larger paintings and other deco hanging on the wall. If it falls off but the Velcro is still on the wall and the item, just add another stripe.The main thing it didn’t work on was a canvas that I made myself. The material is too soft. So I used some other super secure double-sided tape, still using this, and that is now hung and staying in place too!

These fasteners are strong and hold our wooden boomerang artwork very securely. Not having to put nails in the wall is a huge plus!They are also very easy and quick to use. I highly recommend trying them out before resorting to nails and hammers!

I bought it just to replace the default glue strip for fasttrack (as it fell off under the hot sun in CA). Thought "I don't need that much" at first. After a week - I'm going to buy at least 2 more packs. This thing is truly amazing. I mounted all my extension cords and some of the computer devices, smart home sensors etc. The only con is probably that it's thick, and not really suitable for places where you can see stuff, but for attaching something under the table, behind the bed etc etc where access is limited and you don't want to or just cant drill - this is perfect.
