Great fun!
I'm almost half way through the puzzles in this book and I'm enjoying them immensely. I have a fair bit of experience solving logic puzzles and I'm finding the ones in this book enjoyably challenging. However, don't be put off buying this if you are a beginner - the clear explanations at the start of the book provide everything you need to know to begin solving logic puzzles, and the puzzles start off quite simply and get progressively harder throughout. Every puzzle also has a step-by-step solution at the end of the book, so I think it would act as a very good learning guide for logic puzzles for novices. The book is well bound and the pages are large, so there is plenty of room for filling in the answer grids. The paper and printing is of a decent quality, so it can withstand repeated attacks with an eraser when things go wrong (I've not had to resort to looking up any answers yet, but the puzzles are sufficiently challenging to require several attempts to solve them!). Some of the puzzles also include a picture or diagram as part of the clues, which adds an interesting twist I'd not come across before in this type of puzzle. The scenarios and clues are well-written with a subtle humour. Each puzzle works as a standalone entity, so they could potentially be solved in any order, but another really enjoyable element is that all of the scenarios loosely connect, so working through the puzzles sequentially tells a bit of a story and I've had several chuckles at the exploits of the recurring characters. I'd definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys this kind of puzzle, or who likes a mental challenge and wants to try something new.

Best logic puzzle book I’ve seen
I’ve done a few logic puzzle books and this was by far the best. The first few were easy then they got gradually more difficult through the book. I don’t like it when they’re too easy which some books are

Great for beginners who want to become experts
The Stickipeak Logic Puzzle Challenge book is a large format, and being softback this makes it more suitable for using at a table/desk, or on a lap tray if you prefer to sit on a sofa. There is a thorough tutorial at the start before the puzzles begin. The puzzles start off very simple, and this makes it a good book for children or beginners. As the book progresses, the puzzles build up to become more complex which is an ideal way to progress. The rear of the book provides detailed solutions which are helpful should you get stuck or go wrong.

An Entertaining and Challenging book of Logic Grid puzzles
This large sturdy book full of logic grid puzzles is not for the faint-hearted. These brain-teasers require significant deductive powers. But the author has provided an engaging introduction which gives loads of tips for tackling these puzzles using simple logical steps. As you work through the book these puzzles become extremely challenging. But solutions are found at the back of the book which explain strategies used to arrive at the correct answer. (Best to have a pencil and eraser handy!)My grown-up son and I pored over this treasure trove of logic. What surprised me was how recreational these puzzles proved to be and how gratifying it was when we worked out these puzzles.A stunning book, indeed. Highly recommended.

Great Value
Very cleverly written logic puzzles. Really enjoyable, as the whole book tells the tale of a boy visiting his grandma's village. Great value for money. Kept me amused for a couple of months. A few of the more challenging puzzles I wasn't able to solve but was able to see why. The solutions pages are very detailed and an excellent addition to this type of book.

A lovely logic puzzle experience
Such a cute book of logic puzzles. First time I've seen a puzzle book flow with a storyline throughout. Enjoying my own copy so much that I bought my mum one for Christmas. The logic puzzles vary in difficulty with easier ones towards the front, progressing to trickier, bigger and/or longer ones as you get further in. The story is amusing and somehow feels quintessentially British. Perfect with a cup of tea and a biscuit!

Really enjoyable
an interesting book with puzzles that are not too easy and not too hard but with a few little tricks designed to catch you out. I love that the same characters appear again and again, so you know the personalities, which helps for the later puzzles. All in all, a very well thought our and enjoyable puzzle book.
