I mean, of course there is stress, but my reaction to it has naturally changed into an almost effortless situation-appropriate response. I feel stronger and more in touch with who I am, what I want and how to get there. More grounded, too. Sleep is also getting better. More to the point, even if I don’t get a prefect night’s sleep, I still have plenty of energy the next day. And there really is nothing else I could ascribe these positive changes to.I started taking Ashwanghanda on 1st Nov 2021 (just checked in my Orders), so be patient and give it time to work, while taking it consistently. I went with 2 a day, before breakfast and supper (empty stomach, with a touch of ghee... fats tend to help absorption of certain supplements). Obviously, you may need a different dosage, or may want to have something to eat before taking a pill, so experiment. The results are well worth it.

I am going through a lot of emotional stress at the moment. Also a lady of that age, cannot use HRT. I have used these for 3 days already I feel much more positive alert and more myself. Since taking these, I haven't needed to have a siesta😂 good energy. I have also noticed that I don't have the feeling of dread or anxiousness. Don't notice much diff with anything else, though.

Been taking for a while and it’s a pretty good product

I suffer from bad anxiety and depression and l can't believe the difference l feel in taking these tablets I'm so much calmer and more focused and I'm beginning to feel so much better in myself and my sleep has improved greatly, l definitely will be ordering again

I ordered these as suffer very badly with depression and anxiety but at the moment am not able to talk any prescription meds. After a few days of taking these I found a marked improvement in my mood, feel so much better but unfortunately I've developed a wide scale itchy rash across my chest and back that is spreading. Really gutted as thought these were the answer but obviously have to stop taking them. I would've liked to have discussed this with the seller but they've not left any contact details with amazon.Benefits are amazing but can't live with red blotchy itchy skin.

i purchased this product around 3 weeks ago and i've definitely seen results, i do things that i'd never typically do, i find it much easier to get up in the morning and my stress levels have definitely seen a decrease since i purchased the product. i definitely recommend it to people struggling with social anxiety.
