Q: Do we need to keep these cheeses in box in fridge.

I always keep cheese in the fridge - maybe take it out an hour of two before serving if offering it as part of a cheeseboard.

Q: I was thinking about buying it for a Christmas present i was wondering what is the expiry date for the cheeses

I ordered mine on the 14th Feb, received it on the 15th, 2 cheeses went out of date on the 14th and 2 went out on the 16th. Almost half went out of date within 2 weeks so aside from the obvious 4, if you are planning on getting this then only get it if you intend to use it straight away.

Hi, Because the cheeses are sealed they should be fine, I had the same scenario with the post, My order. Was ok, if the cheese smells ok and tastes ok then it should be fine.
