I love running my fingers through my hair but not with this.
Love Marc Anthony products but I will say with this one I didn’t care the texture of my hair. I’m one of those who run my fingers through my hair all day long and I didn’t expect my hair to feel like I put hairspray in it. Thought it would be soft curls. Besides that it works good.

A must for curly girls!
As any curly girl will tell you, getting curls without the crunch is like finding a unicorn. Well, this might just be the unicorn we’ve all been searching for! Now there is a slight amount of crunch, but not much. And if you take the crunchy pieces and scrunch them a little bit, it goes away. My curls are soft! And big! And I love them! I used this with the coconut cream shampoo and conditioner, then I used my OGX locking + coconut curls air dry cream. I combed that through with my fingers and then plopped and scrunched with my towel until my hair was still pretty damp. Then I sprayed this all over my head, from roots to ends, before scrunching it with my towel. My hair looked slightly wavy but I decided to try and let it air dry until after dinner. Then I came back into the bathroom, and my waves turned into curls! I used my diffuser to dry it a little bit more and they’re awesome! My hair is so thick that it usually takes hours to dry, but not tonight. It took maybe 2.5 hours and it’s almost completely dry. I would recommend this to anyone with curly hair! It’s awesome!

It's Okay
It didn't really help my curls. It made my hair feel sticky. It feels more like a hairspray. I rarely use it. It smells good. Not what I expected.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
I’m not exaggerating when I tell you I’ve tried HUNDREDS of products to help tame my super frizzy, fine hair that doesn’t weigh it down or leave greasy or crunchy… this stuff is incredible!! I live in Florida, so usually the second I walk outside, my hair starts to frizz instantly! This stuff defines my wavy/very slight curled hair… my hair is not straight and not wavy/curly.. it’s literally that nightmare hair.. think about Hermione Granger in the first Harry Potter movie.. that is my hair when left to air dry without any products!

Curls galore!
This is the only wavy/curly hair product that actually works. I simply spray onto wet hair and let it air dry. Then I gently break the cast (scrunch) on the curls and they look great all day. Other products have weighed my hair down or made it look wet even when it was dry. This does not do that. I have used this products for a while and have never been disappointed.

good replacement for TRESemme Curl Activator Spray
So far, this has been the best alternative to TRESemme "Thermal Creations" Curl Activator Spray. They discontinued it, and there is a listing by only one vendor on eBay priced at $110!!! TRESemme Customer Service had no idea why it's gone, or if it will be manufactured in future. TRESemme "Flawless Curls" Curl Locking Finishing Spray was recommended, among others, but it's not quite right. There is tricky language in other substitutes but, obsessively reading through several lists of ingredients, this Marc Anthony booster came closest, and results have been somewhat similar ... but so far NOTHING has compared 100%. They also sell "Strictly Curls 'Curl It Up' Volume Boost Spray" which is similar.PS: My hair type is 2B-3A, curls better in different climates. (JUST shoulder length, middle-aged, Caucasian) Sometimes air dry, but bunching up sections and using a diffuser works better.UPDATE: I've been using both products for a month. I think the "Strictly Curls 'Curl It Up' Volume Boost Spray" comes closer to the TRESemme "Thermal Creations" Curl Activator Spray, but think they are both great. Aveda is 4 or 5 times the price and doesn't do as well.
