The water is hard with high PPM where I live, and this filter has removed the chlorine smell, my hair and skin feel softer after showering. Now I always keep an extra replacement cartridge on hand for immediate replacement, and continuous filtration.I love this filter, and decided to purchased it based on the reviews.. it's a great product, doesnt leak, its simple to install and I highly recommend trying this out for yourself, especially if you have hard water!Another benefit I've noticed over time is that my shower is much easier to clean, and there's no more buildup, or film around the edges, and theres no more dried up calcium around my faucet..I was skeptical at first, but the reviews turned out to be true!

This came in new condition; no complaints with its appearance. The installation was easy. We also have a filtration system for the house but it is unable to fully prevent salt from coming through. We chose this to protect our skin and hair from the harshness of our water. I use it in combination with hair conditioners and pumpkin seed oil supplements. I drink also daily drink a lot of water.I’m not sure if this shower head makes any difference.I do enjoy the ease of switching from one spray configuration to another while showering.

This filter is fantastic. Where i live i am surrounded by a few mines, so our water is very hard and just full of crud. Since using this filter for a few weeks, there has been positive noticeable differences like the water physically feeling softer out the head, my skin is less oily as well as hair. I can go a day longer between washes. Highly recommend
