Lovely rug good quality looks great. Very creased when unrolled but only took a day or two to flatten out. Striking design fast delivery

This rug was delivered folded in half as well as being rolled, this has caused major creases and folds which does not let the rug lay flat also paper thin!! poor quality, colour not even like the picture and to return this faulty rug , I have to pay to return it and wait for my refund.Do not buy this item avoid at all cost, you can not get hold of the seller either.

Once opened you need to lay out flat ,the fold lines soon drop out.

Very thin and looks faded. Was rolled then folded so I am now hoping it will flatten out. I would not recommend as is nothing like the pic on the seller’s post.

Poor quality rug, requested refund sent item back tried to contact a number of time to find out when I will get a refund no reply, no contact poor customer service do not buy off this company1

The only thing that I can say negative about the rug is the way it was wrapped there’s a couple of creases that still haven’t came out yet hopefully they will do
