Very disappointed with this sat nav. Delivery was good and on time I purchased this because it said lifetime map updates and Bluetooth connectivity. Bluetooth doesn’t work and for map updates it tells you to register via email and they Will send a code to login. Twice I have tried and not got one reply. The maps on the sat nav are dated 2014.

Although this sat nav took a bit of getting used to, but that is just me it does the job.

Where do I start? OMG.1. The overall quality is very bad, the battery does not even hold any charge. It must be kept plugged into a charger.2. The GPS software is old and clunky. It will not find many roads in the UK and will not let you enter full postcodes. Out of date by at least 10 years and there are no updates available. The fact they advertised with updates is a lie and false advertising.3. The user guide is in very poor print and difficult to read.4. They claim it has traffic avoidance, it does NOT! AGAIN FALSE ADVERTISING. It's an offline map software NOT LIVE. Offline or Preloaded maps do NOT have live traffic.Overall I am absolutely shocked and disgraced by this POOR Chinese rubbish. It's not worth the money paid, in fact it's not even worth a £1. It's totally not fit for purpose.SHOCKING.

Brought this as going away and my old sat nav stopped working, The item look really good and has lots of features, but that it, the sat nav is rubbish I’ve put all the measurements of the vehicle and trailer and yet still trying through wait restrictions, also it keep turning off and saying gps lost

It's fabulous large screen and clear maps and very easy to use I highly recommend this item.

I returned this as it's not a live satnav. So It doesn't show traffic problems ahead.I also had problems trying to find addresses.I bo not recommend it.Tomtom is a fer better system.

when it arrived i thought it was amazing value for money as it looks the part i charged it up then as instructions sent an email to register the sat nav and get update code got nothing looked online for the company listed as supplying maps this make not listed after trying various versions of make and model non accepted so gave up i can only assume the make has gone out of business it runs andriod system so you could use google maps but you can use your phone for that so sadly retuned to amazon.
