Q: Hi the letter c appears on the led board and it won't let me change or remove it, i can't get the weight measurements. how do i change it?

On the back of the scale, toward the top, there's a round indentation with a small horizontal bar. You need to pull/push that bar down to release the battery compartment cover. If you watch the product video on the Amazon screen you'll see a picture of the back opened. It doesn't show it being opened but it may be helpful.
