DO NOT EXPECT SERVICE FROM COMPANY IF YOU BUY THIS
When we first purchased the Voltas Water Dispenser, it came with a company defect. After multiple follow-ups and a lot of hassle, the company finally replaced the faulty part. Unfortunately, after just a few months, the door of the dispenser broke. It's been over 1.5 months now that I have been consistently calling and emailing Voltas regarding the repair, but there has been absolutely no response from their side. Very disappointing experience with their customer service. I expected better from a brand like Voltas. Would not recommend this product if you are looking for reliable after-sales support.

Received the item in damaged condition.
The machine is totally damaged from inside. The outer case is damaged. The door is not fixed. Water leaking from inside. We called the Voltas team to check the unit for any repair or replacement. They told it is beyond repair. The machine I received in the month of November and we opened on December end. And we found in this condition.
