The products are made with Quality materials
Products okay albeit a flimsy instead removed my key from disc lock as yet though I've only tried it for 5mins so far, So far I'm happy with the purchase otherwise.

Might not have used as designed but did the job
Delivered within a couple of days of order, which was appreciated. Needed to extract a broken key out of an expensive Arbus D-lock, which was clamped around two bikes. Considered many different ways to resolve the problem including cutting lock with angle grinder and a trip to any lock smith prepared to take on the challenge. Tried myself without success to use the key extractor kit, but betrayed by my poor eyesight and the sprung shutter to the lock. A couple of days later recruited my son (whose bikes were the ones concerned). While I held the shutter open using two of the extractors, my son aimed his torch beam itothe lock and using one of the other items from the kit, turned the broken key and after around three attempts, it emerged enough to be pulled out using some small pliers. Not sure whether we used the kit as designed but reading of other feedback and having such tools certainly gave us the motivation to try to extract the broken key for ourselves. We were greatly relieved! 🤗

EASY TO USE PRODUCT IF YOU INCLUDED INSTRUCTIONS
I was pleased to be able to finally remove the broken part of the key from my lock. However, as there is NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED, I had no idea how to work it and tried every piece and bent a couple trying to do so. The actual process is so easy but it’s knowing how to do it. Instructions should always be included and the product is let down by this. I had to YouTube a video.

Simple and effective
A small set of various barbed metal items which allow you to gently hook the broken key out around whatever gaps the break left. You don't really need instructions, just common sense, some WD40 and a torch - but if you're really stuck YouTube has plenty of step by step guides; all of which boil down to reach into any gaps and hook it out. It's cheap and a simple method of avoiding locksmith charges

Does what it says
I bought this kit because a key had snapped into a keyhole at home, and I managed to get it out thanks to the kit. The smallest one is a bit flimsy and actually broke after the first use, but all the other ones I tried were ok and they did the trick!

Not Needed, Made My Own Tool
This is not a product review, as at the time of writing, it has not arrived, so I sorted the problem myself. My front door key snapped in the lock, so I had to use the back door for a few days. My insurance company said I would have to pay the £300 excess, so obviously I did not claim. After watching Youtube videos on the subject, I bought a pack of coping saw blades and snapped one end off one of the blades. After squirting some WD40 into the lock and leaving for a few minutes, I inserted the snapped off end of the coping saw blade into the lock, with the blade teeth facing backwards and after wriggling the blade around 3 or 4 times, 15 seconds later, out popped the broken part of my key. I was so relieved, as I thought I would have to pay a locksmith hundreds of pounds to do just what I did! I will keep the kit when it arrives, just in case, but if this ever happens again, I will reach for my trusty DIY lock extractor first.
