I was able to set up three sensors in a fairly short amount of time. It was best for me to setup in the Meross app first versus starting with Homekit. Meross app will ask you if you want to add to HomeKit and that worked great. The sensors by default are all labeled "leak" so best if you rename each on right way so you know which one is which. Also saw a video to just wet your two fingers to set up the sensors. The little wire thing Meross provides is to difficult to use and is not needed. Just use your fingers to touch the probes when it ask you to do that step. Note: When testing you will get critical alerts on everyones phones that are connected to your HomeKit home.

Very easy to set up in the Meross app and get connected with HomeKit. Very cheap peace of mind

Package contains a hub, usb power supply, and the dome shaped sensor. Setup in Apple Home (HomeKit) was painless. I triggered it a few times by setting it in the middle of a dinner plate and adding a small amount of water. It creates an immediate Critical notification in Apple Home, along with a flashing led and buzzer from the dome sensor.The sensors are solidly built and completely waterproof. The usb power cable is a little short, but the hub is light enough to be left dangling from an outlet behind an appliance or cabinet.My only complaint is sensor pricing. It's odd that the complete kit with sensor and required hub costs less than an extra sensor? I guess if I want another sensor, I'll just buy another whole kit? For now, I recommend just buying the (inexpensive) three pack up front.For those who have connection issues or complaints, turn off the 5 GHz band on your router. Turn off your phone and turn it back on. Proceed with setup. Afterwards, re-enable the 5GHz band.*This is a procedure needed with almost all Apple HomeKit devices from ANY manufacturer. If turning off 5GHz on your router is complicated, keep the manual handy or make a cheat sheet for future use*I have over a dozen Meross products in my home, and I'm quite happy with their performance.

Wanted to like this product; have other Meross products… The weak link / fault is the “hub” (Bridge in HomeKit language): even with the recent firmware update it fails every other day. All that is required to fix: pull the power connector from the Hub - and reconnect and it immediately comes back online. Problem: supposed to be stable and useful when one is not home: it’s useless for this. Don’t understand why the boys and girls in China can’t figure this out !! Hint: if hub goes offline; cycle power!Anyway- this product is not ready “for Prime time” - maybe sometime… Avoid!

These are great. I sleep better at night knowing I have them strategically placed around my house. I had a leak under my kitchen sink from my disposal, and that is why I got these. I am slowing adding them to any place I have water just for piece of mind. These are cost effective, and the battery seems to last a very long time.

Decent Apple HomeKit compatible water leak sensor kit but the sensors are a bit bulky.

These are a great product. I leave for a month at a time and use these to let me know if I have a leak. Very handy connectivity is easy alerts are positive alarm volume is low but use them as a notification which works great
