I started feeling better, and happier within days of using this. My sleep is much better as well. When your b vitamins are low, it can cause insomnia. My energy levels have went up also. It has a good taste, and easy to swallow. I have already recommended to a friend, and she started feeling better pretty quickly too👏👏👏

This product actually tastes good and works. I do not feel jittery, I simply do not deal with the 2-3pm crash. This is the energy level I needed and wanted. I am actually walking again at night. Wish I had found this sooner, but just happy I did find it!

This is probably a good product but I was a little disappointed in that the advertising is a little misleading. The ad said you only need five drops of this, and on the packaging it clearly says one and a half droppers full. The Taste is not that bad, but it is that typical vitamin taste. I'm waiting to see if this gives me any energy.

Doesn't taste great by itself. But mix with juice and it's not bad at all. Plus it's great for recovery from loss of vitamin b-12 definitely gives you for energy.

The smell is really bad but love how I feel when I take it. No jitters just a feel good mood all the time.

Edit: Raising the review by two stars because I received an email with instructions on how to take it. Put some instructions inside the box maybe? YeeshYou get one star because the directions are completely unreadable for a human who isn't perhaps 12 or maybe 13 years old. I took a picture of it with my phone and It is not designed to work with people with accessibilities in any way should a perform. For God's sake, it's a lettering on a silver background. How the hell am I supposed to see that When the letters are smaller then a grain of sand and there is no contrast between the white and the silver. Did I mention that the silver has little speckles in it? Like a little white speckles like metallic.Who the hell made this package? If you want to have something with white lettering, You have to have a dark background. Look up the standards for accessibility because there are accessibility standards for ADA compliance.I *think* It says 1.5 milliliters or 15 milliliters. It's so hard to tell, I'm not sure.And of course it's non-returnable. Otherwise I put this crap back in the box and send it back today. I have been feeling really sluggish for a while now. Low energy. I purchased this product a week ago and have taken the recommended dosage every day. It has a great flavor. I place it under my tongue and let it absorb. I bought the strawberry flavor. Reminds me of the Flinstone Vitamins as a child. I can feel a big difference. Very effective. I have more energy. I'm more alert and it's only been a week. I would recommend this product.
