I just received mine today. I started taking it and the flavor is amazing. It does smell like the old school vitamins we used to take as a kid but I hope they work as well as everyone reviewed it does. Fingers crossed!!!

I got strawberry and it taste like the Flintstone vitamins from when I was a kid. LolI have been taking for a week now. I feel like I could get up and do more.

I wasn’t sure these strawberry B complex vitamins were doing much—until I checked my step count. Way higher than usual! I’ve got more energy without even realizing it. They taste a bit chalky, like those old-school kids' chewables, but not terrible. The subtle strawberry flavor makes it go down easy enough. Honestly, I’m impressed! They sneak up on you—in the best way. It really was effective. I got the double pack to save a little money and some extra value. The dropper is a not high quality, and you have to use 1.5 droppers….like why not give a dropper big enough to get it all at once? The size of the dropper is too small and inconvenient, but . . . There has not been much change to my sleep yet, but overall the only drawback is the small stopper is not easy to use. But still, More energy, more movement, and a bit of nostalgia? I’ll take it!

This mixes into my morning smoothie perfectly. It has a vitamin-y taste, but honestly, if it tasted like anything else, I'd be worried about what chemicals were in it to cover up the vitamin taste. In a fruit smoothie, I don't really notice it. What I have noticed is an increase in energy in the morning and no crash later, so this is a winner for me. Just don't expect it to taste anything like fruit, and you'll be fine.

Just received this a couple of days ago but I do have more energy during the day. After taking it longer I may notice other changes or improvements. Too early to tell right now. Taste is not bad. Raspberry flavored.

I was surprised by how much energy it gave me. Only downfall is the dropper doesn't always fill up so you kind of have to fill it tip it upside down and then fill it again but that's not a problem. The taste of the raspberry could be a little bit better but compared to some other liquid vitamins I've had it tastes amazing. I would overall recommend especially for the price
