Love this lemon powder for baking! So easy to use and great taste- I will be buying again.

I got so tired of buying organic lemons only to have them go bad. I tried this powder and I love it. I freeze bananas for a frozen treat instead of ice cream. I sprinkle the slices with the organic lemons only powder and it works great. No more throwing away lemons.

I’ve ordered the lemon powder many times because it’s so convenient for adding to my water. It’s the only thing that will make me drink water. I like the added benefits that come with consuming lemon juice as well.

Doesn't dissolve very easily as others say: If you don't carefully mix it, much of it will be at the bottom of the glass, but's it's easy to not even notice that. This would make the taste even less noticeable, and it's already got a very weak taste. To really taste it, you have to use at least 2-3 times as much as the suggested serving, so this makes it very expensive. Tastes nothing like fresh lemon. That said it could still have it's uses. It's not bad. I think this is just what freeze dried lemon powder is.

It's okay but it goes quick. Not as potent tasting as I anticipated. For the price, i'm forced to look elsewhere.

Like the ease of applying to drinks and appears to be true lemon powder. Tastes just like lemons which is good as it shows it is 'real'. Not sure if the price reflects the amount you get but I will probably buy it again as it is better than lemon juice you buy in a store.
