Easy to used and set up

Hisense TV remote 2 pak -- Works well on a 2024 Hisense U8N TV – there is no “voice” activation as the remote is only infrared, but the buttons control the other functions work well on the Goggle TV with Apps . Remote works well with the home, back, exit, input, power, live TV, volume, Live TV, settings and OK directional diamond arrows. The four app buttons also work for Netflick, Vudu, You Tube, Amazon Prime however the four small colored buttons do not work for anything I could find. Also, the number buttons did not do anything, but then I just played around with the Google TV apps and some Live TV and the remote that came with the U8N did not have numbers. I have Comcast/Xfinity as a provider with a 1.2 GB Router on a X1 platform – the input button is easy to find and fast to change from Google TV to Comcast TV where I have to use the Xfinity X1 remote for all my Comcast/Xfinity channels. The opposite is also true, going from Comcast to Google TV. Also, I was surprised I did not have to pair the Comcast/Xfinity X1 remote to the new TV – the X1 remote worked like it always did. The 4K (2160p) resolution picture Upscaling on this new TV with Xfinity is great on both, the Comcast/Xfinity and Google TV Apps. Remember there is no “voice” activation or microphone button as the original remote has, but it is a good second or spare remote for Google TV Apps and the Hisense Settings.
