I was glad to have these when recovering from birth, I gave it 4 stars though because they are too expensive and once the cooling has worn off you should remove the padsicle as the area should be kept dry to prevent infection. Sadly I did get an infection and I think it may have been due to not removing the padsicle quickly enough. Still, I would buy them again. I had a few left over which were quickly ferried round to a friends house post birth as she was in pain and hadn’t bought any beforehand. Don’t be like my friend - prepare!!

I used this after I gave birth and found them so comforting. I didn’t freeze themas I didn’t have access to a freezer but they were still nice at room temp. I have quite bad eczema and they didn’t irritate me at all either

Like that despite being half frozen they are squishy and comfortable. Saves tones of time from ordering different separate stuff to make my own. But they are more in expensive side.

These postnatal pads are absolutely fantastic and give so much relief after you've given birth. My daughter-in-law used them after her first baby and she couldn't praise them enough and said they were so soothing.I've got these for my niece who is due to give birth in the summer and I hope she finds them as Beneficial.Each pad is individually wrapped and can be placed in the fridge or the freezer before use to chill it if you want. Even without chilling or freezing, the pads are still soothing as they contain aloe and witch hazel.You can use these Right after birth and you just pop them on top of your maternity pad for soothing relief to help you feel comfortable.For anyone who has never used these before and is due to give birth and is thinking about trying them, I would say to give them a go, For the amount of relief they gave my daughter-in-law they were worth every penny.
