Hopefully it is helpful as a supplement, but it is overly sweet and leaves a bitter taste in your mouth, which I can't get past that, cause it almost gags me.Maybe that won't bother other people like it does me.It probably is a good product otherwise.

Easy and delicious way to get in a healthy supplement

Just want to put this out here because I have been taking this product for over a year now, the taste is fine, you don't think anything of it once you take a sip of water, I can say that it has not increased any circulation or energy in the year I have taken this. I also have experienced another issue that bears mentioning. This is not to say it will happen to anyone else however, I started feeling pain in my right side beneath my ribs. Turns out its another kidney stone pain. I've had them in the past no doubt, I have also taken the powder form of superbeets in the past few years prior to switching to the gummies. I spoke with my doctor and also decided just to be sure, to look up anything else that increase the production of kidney stones and sure enough, I learned Beets do! I told my doctor what I learned to ensure accuracy and she did confirm that it is correct. She told me to stop taking them immediately. I did and no more pain? It immediately ceased when I did not take it that morning. Honestly, I do not take many supplements because you can Never be sure what is in them. Although eating beets once in a while may have health benefits, that may not be the case with daily consumption in a supplement and allot of these companies fail to offer resources to read up on the potential side effects or even to caution speaking to a doctor prior to taking them. For me, it was enough to scare me. These are not the ones I took in the past and they still caused me the same issue. Just read up and do your research no matter what the product states is a huge health benefit because allot of foods can be good for you, but mixing into a supplement doesn't mean your getting the same benefit as if you were eating it fresh. Just like spinach, its great for me, but I cannot have much of it as that also produces stones, so I caution you to do your research. Look up every single ingredient including the main reason the product is being pushed out there to help or cure. I think the less you put in the better, our bodies weren't meant for all these gummies. Good luck.
