I never leave reviews but this thing got a knot out my shoulder blade I’ve been struggling with for years. I’ve been going to massage therapists and even to chiropractors. Blessing. I'm really loving this massager! It is very powerful, even on the lower settings. It gets hot but not too hot, and cold but not too cold. I had concerns about the battery charge life, especially when I'm using the hot and cold feature. I ran it for about half an hour straight using both hot and cold, still had three bars left. Get this, you need it!
