This is a GREAT book that addresses a subject that gets very little coverage. Those of us that are old, ill and/or infirm have no hope of bugging out. None. But this book is one of a very few to offer suggestions, tips and insights on how to prepare to stay home when SHTF. It could be a tornado or flood, it could be kooks and nutjobs burning and looting. But knowing how to protect yourself, with the proper equipment, knowledge and training could save your life.But don't just read it! DO SOMETHING! When seconds count, police are hours away... and the Govt is months away! This book offers step-by-step processes that you can do a bit at a time. But you have to do it!

Very satisfied with the book to start my survival challenges. There are many more books I'm planning on getting for my library . One book I got was the art of prepping from Shahzad Kayani ho also does Facebook video post, you should check him out and get his books. This book with pictures and ideas will inspire you to test and survive when things go bad to worse. Can you do it?

They should know the knowledge contained within this books’s cover will save their lives. However I can lead a horse to water…well you know the rest of that saying etc…

This book has a ton of information that will be useful in the event of a catastrophe, whether man made or natural, and most is easily put into motion by experienced and novice alike. There is a section on dealing with grey water, but nothing else to address black water waste. While more experienced readers may have thought about this, inexperienced beginners will be caught short. IMHO. That's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars. If 4.5 had been an option I would have given that rating.

Great book!!!. More info than i was expecting. And GOOD info not outdated like other books. I would definitely recommend this for the expert as well as someone that just curious about being prepared. Shipping was actually a little faster than advertised too.A value at twice the price!!Thank you!!

Got this book for my husband for Father’s Day and he loves it. He has already implemented some changes around the house.
