These softgels are small and very easy to swallow. There’s no funky aftertaste and they provide a great amount of vitamin D. I always notice the difference if I don’t take them. You get so much for the price you pay. Great product! Will continue to purchase.

This is a great supplement. Went from D deficient to above average in blood work so great absorption. Helps with energy levels. It goes down easy - small and a little sweet.

Good product but 10,000 is way too much vitamin D3 daily. The maximum daily amount is between 2000 and 4000 thousand(high end). 10,000 should only be used short term (like 4-8 weeks),and for very specific health circumstances. Otherwise, it’s dangerously toxic and can destroy your bones among other things.
