I’ve worked at several high end sporthorse facilities and we use VibeFloors for horses for pre and post workout. They absolutely love it- they relax, take naps, and generally just feel good afterwards. I have stood on them myself and love the feeling as well.This Vibe Floor is so easy to use and take with you. I generally use it as a warm up or cool down for myself. I have great energy after using it and try to use it every day or every other day. It seems to be well built, I love the programs with various vibration levels, and it seems to help with my back pain. It is a good platform to do toe touches and other stretches while the program is running. I have not worked out on it but use it for muscle warm up, recovery, and stretching. Use it how you feel and listen to your body. For the price, I would have gotten one of these long ago. Give it a try. You’ll feel better afterwards.

For the price I paid for this, I am very happy with the quality, function, size and performance. It's exactly what I wanted. Just a vibrating machine to shake my fat away. Well assist in my weight loss challenge at least. Also help my circulation. I just received it and I didn't even put it to the highest level and I was pleased with the power of the vibrating beneath my feet. Shook every part of my body including my face. Glad I purchased it. Came with remote/ batteries for it. Two straps for additional exercises. Love it! Ordered it last night and received it this afternoon. Happy Amazon prime member.

Really solid and so easy to use. Fits under my living room chair, which means I can easily access it for daily, sometimes twice daily use. This is quiet enough to use while watching TV- don't even need to turn up the volume and it doesn't disturb others. The remote is a plus. Glad I chose this one. Recommend.

Product works great. Only dislike is the remote connects to my television every time I use it when it's on. If I push any button it will change my television channel.

I love my vibration plate! I don’t know what it actually does for the body internally, but it definitely feels effective while using! I brought this to help with circulation after surgery in the abdomen, and it feels so good and even makes my skin itch as if I’ve been walking or working out! Great addition to my life, definitely recommend!

so I bought this item for lymphatic drainage little did I know it was going to do so much for my knees that are going bad I was looking like a crippled person trying to climb the stairs I stood on this thing for 9 minutes and within the hour I took my dog out for a walk and just happened to notice how easy it was to walk up the stairs and my knees were no longer hurting!

I never tried anything like this for weight loss. There first day I got on it I felt a difference. I really don't have time for the gym so having this in my home and doing it a couple times a week is perfect. I would recommend it.

Honestly great so far - I've used it every day for two weeks and it's still functioning perfectly. Not too loud and easy to use. The remote doesn't always work, but it's no problem to reach down to use the buttons on the machine.
