It works for me! I have been taking this for three or four weeks. The first couple of weeks I noticed very little appetite control and no weight loss. But suddenly this last week I noticed I was eating way less and lost 5 pounds! So far I love it. I’ve had no side effects with this and will continue to take it. It’s the first thing that has ever worked for me.Update: After a couple more weeks of taking this I noticed a moderate degree of stomach upset. It was enough that I decided to test it, hoping it wasn’t these pills because they do seem to work. I quit taking them for a couple days and my stomach was better. Then I took one pill instead of two and within a half hour the stomach upset was back. So unfortunately I will have to stop taking them.

I really do find that these are effective, I have No symptoms no reaction no weird feeling to these, I find Paired with a good diet these are extremely effective! Pairs well with the green label HUM

Been taking this for a week now and I feel great already. Take this in the morning and I don’t have any bloat for the rest of the day and has decreased my appetite to where I am no longer snacking although out the day. I can’t wait to see how I feel after a few months

Finished the first bottle and had decreased appetite, lost 4lbs, regular bowl moments, glucose levels were more stable (im diabetic). Also took hormone balance with it. Overall was happy so I ordered a second bottle of both.Half way through the second bottle I started getting headaches. Had a headache for 2 weeks straight. Constant fatigue/sleepyness, brain fog/forgetfulness, lots of sugary cravings- like donuts, ice cream, chocolates, which i don't even eat on a regular basis- insane constipation that quite a few doses of miralax could not resolve.Decided to look up side effects of prolonged use to berberine and saw that i was experiencing more than one. Decided to stop both. 24hrs after stopping the fatigue was better and the constant headache went away.My advice is to weigh the pros and cons, do your research and talk to your doctor about is it good for you and will it interact with any of your other conditions/ medications.Definitely not meant for long term use.

Been using for 2 months or so and it’s been very helpful in jump starting my weight loss and keeping the bloat off. I take one in the morning and one at night to prevent side effects.

After reading the reviews, most of which were positive, and reading the instructions on how to take these supplements - 2 capsules daily with food, I ordered a bottle. For 3 days I took 2 daily with food, typically around 11am, but I also combined them with 2 of the Flatter Me capsules, as HUMs website and countless websites said that was safe. We'll after 3 days of doing this, on day 3 I took it a little bit later and also not at the same time as the Flatter Me, probably around 1pm that day, and by 10:30pm, I was awakened to uncontrollable shaking, followed by a headache, out of nowhere! I went online to do some research and found that taking Belberine at that high a dose, 1200mg a day, could cause a severe drop in blood sugar levels, causing a hypoglycemia attack in some people! I'm only writing this review to alert some people may have this same reaction, it was terrifying, lasted a good half an hour before I found an article saying drinking 4oz of oj or other fruit juice could help balance you out. If I had known about this possible side effect, I would've not taken the full dose at least.
