I have been seeing these all over my social media as an exercise machine. But I have also seen them being used for those with autoimmune issues for lymphatic drainage. When I first got this, I thought no way can this actually be any good for actual exercise and or weight loss but once I got on it I realized how many muscles you actually have to use to balance and stay on this. It also shakes muscles. You didn’t even know you had. I chose this machine because the platform was big enough for both my feet. Plus has different textures to massage the bottom of my feet. It was easy to set up an easy to use.

You will SLEEP like a baby!!! Yes, you'll be very itchy when using & it's to be expected. It's a god thing. It's pretty heavy, sturdy. It has pre-set programs. The arm things it came with weren't useful to me. They just made it clumsy to use because of where they connect onto the machine at. Leaning forward as you are on it creates some real tension in the stomach area and I think that may be helpful. If you have balance issues, I would highly recommend using this facing a wall because it can really vibrate like crazy and even makes things in the same room vibrate. Also, when it stops you feel kind of unstable and may fall or stumble when getting off the machine. Very happy with the purchase

It’s a great product and does exactly what it’s supposed to. It came in very nice shipping package but I used it and it hurt my knees because I need a knee replacement so I had to send it back. I really liked the product I was sad that I had to return it But the return went smooth and it was wonderful customer service

This little machine is definitely a big help. I previously had another one from a different brand, and it wasn't as efficient as this one. There are big differences: This one turns off automatically after 15 minutes of use. The other one took 10 minutes. It vibrates in a way that really moves you and your body starts to itch, and it definitely makes you go to the bathroom. It feels like the circulation in your legs. I love the remote control, it's so practical since it has direct buttons depending on the speed you need. In short, this board is excellent.
