I purchased this for the benefit of lymphatic drainage but it is also really helping with my sore joints. I use it daily for 20 minutes and I can definitely tell when I don’t use it. Reasonable price and easy to use. Highly recommend

Having 8 weeks with no-weight restriction after foot surgery last November, it was very hard for me to walk on the treadmill or even go for a 15 minute walk outside. I gained an additional 20 lbs because of the restriction. I got this vibration plate in hopes to be able to get my body back into some sort of motivation to be active again. OMG - I started using it 3 days ago. First day, I did a total of 20 minutes at level 10 - 10 standing and 10 sitting with my feet on it at level 15 before bed as I have trouble exercising in the morning. Not my thing. Second day, I upped the levels and did 30 minutes total. And last night, I upped the levels and minutes again. Today, (3 days later) I can honestly tell you my clothes are fitting better. I have sleep better. I feel better all around. I can't wait to see how I look in 30 days. I recommend this to anyone who has an issue with weight, sleep, motivation, etc. It truly does help.

I loved it and used it almost everyday for about 2-3 months. Eventually, the left side stopped vibrating and if any weight put on it, sunk down and stayed down. I should’ve immediately notified the manufacturer & seller since it was supposed to have a 1 year warranty. I waited a month or 2, hoping that it would miraculously work ok again. It just got worse. Since it was past the return period, I emailed the manufacturer on 6/09, per the booklet that was included. I’ve yet to hear back. I also notified the seller. They pretty much said “too bad, past the 30 day return.” Offered no assistance with the manufacturer or attempt to help find someone to repair. I am the only one who used it, 165lbs.

Be informed, this comes from China. My remote doesn’t work properly. When I downloaded the information on my phone from their pamphlet, I would have to call China. Not something I want to do other than that. I can adjust some things manually, it seems to work OK. The instructions are not clear. If I bought this again, I would go with an American product.
