This product was bad. I cooked the lentils two times and both times it didn't taste good as if it was a bad batch or something.

I'm working on a four (4) pound bag from the same vendor.It's a good enough product, but $6/lb. is straight up price gouging.Find a local Indian spice market, and get it there.You will save yourself a bundle.
